COMMITTEE FOR MONITORING, IMPLEMENTATION AND INTERPRETATION OF THE GENERAL COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT

The Contracting Parties shall also establish a Committee for Monitoring, Application and Interpretation of the General Collective Agreement. The Board has six members, of which one member is appointed by the unions, signatories of this agreement, and two members are appointed by the Union of Employers of Montenegro and the Government of Montenegro. The Board provides expert interpretations and opinions regarding the General Collective Agreement.

The members of the Board are:
